Self-laminating and flag labels, terminal block marker strips, identification sleeves and heat-shrink tubing, and metal markers to identify cables, terminal strips and electrical panels. They are assembly and maintenance consumables: every wire, cable or terminal carries its reference so the installation can be built, inspected and repaired without ambiguity. Each type is chosen according to the item to be marked, how it is read and the installation environment.
The type with its own page is the self-laminating, wrap-around and flag cable label, pre-printed with the customer's data or printable by thermal transfer. Terminal block strips, wire sleeves, stainless steel markers and photovoltaic installation labels are quoted on request.
Typical sectors are electrical panel assembly, wiring harness manufacturing, electrical and energy installations and telecom cabling. The content of each marker is defined by the customer from its own documentation. Made or sourced to your specification.
In short
What it is: Sleeves, flag labels, stainless steel markers and terminal strips.
What we need to quote: Diameter or diameter range of the cable or wire; Type of marker: label, sleeve, terminal strip or metal marker; Data to print, in a file with the references, or blank format.

Types and materials
Vinyl or PET labels with a transparent self-laminating tail, or fold-over flag labels, for cables and harnesses; blank for thermal transfer or pre-printed with your data. They are ordered with the cable diameter range and, if printed in-house, the printer and ribbon model.

Frequently asked questions
How to label cables in a control panel?
Each wire is marked at the end with a sleeve or heat-shrink tubing, each cable or harness with a self-laminating, wrap-around or flag label, and each terminal with its marker strip. The reference of each item is defined by the customer in its documentation and the label is printed with that data. IEC 62491 (cable identification) and IEC 61439-1 are two references that are cited; only the name and number are given.
Which cable marker to choose: sleeve, flag or tag?
The sleeve or heat-shrink tubing identifies the end of a wire. The self-laminating wrap-around label goes round the cable and is covered by its transparent tail; the flag label folds to form a tab. The metal marker is fixed with a cable tie and is stamped or written on. Tell us the item to be marked and the environment and we will propose the type.
Can the labels be printed with my own data?
Yes. They are supplied pre-printed from your data file, including folded flag labels, or blank for thermal-transfer printing; in that case, tell us the printer and ribbon.
Do you make labels for photovoltaic installations?
Installation label sets for modules, inverters, DC cables and isolators are quoted on request. The content is defined by the installer and only the label is supplied.
Need to identify cables, terminals or panels?
Tell us the item to be marked, the data to print and the environment. Business orders only (B2B). Lead time and price are confirmed in the offer.
