Labels in polyimide, polyester, aluminium or ceramic designed to identify parts in ovens, soldering, foundries and other very hot surfaces. The right material depends on the process: peak temperature, exposure time, number of cycles, atmosphere and surface. The choice is made from your process data, not from a generic table: tell us your process and we will propose the material and adhesive.
Two types have their own page: polyimide (PI) labels for PCBs and electronics, and ceramic labels for ultra-high temperatures in steelworks, foundries and heat treatment. Aluminium-with-PET solutions, metal tags and flame-retardant labels for electronics and cabling are also quoted.
Typical sectors are metal, foundry and steel, electronics and IT, automotive and machinery, and energy. We do not publish generic temperature figures: they depend on the material and on the customer's process and are confirmed against the datasheet of the proposed material. Made or sourced to your specification; we only serve business orders (B2B) and lead time and price are confirmed in the offer.

Other types on request
One line per format. For any of them, request a quote stating the process, peak temperature and exposure time.
- Polyimide (PI) labels for PCBs, standard format — Polyimide film with silicone or acrylic adhesive, intended for reflow and wave soldering and chemical cleaning.Request a quote
- Ultra-high-temperature ceramic labels, standard format — Traceability in steelworks, foundry and heat-treatment processes with adhesive high-temperature film labels.Request a quote
- High-temperature labels for steel and foundry — Identification of billets, steel and castings in high-temperature processes: aluminium with PET, PI film, ceramic or metal tags and ceramic RFID labels (an electronic product, with its own regulatory notices).Request a quote
- Flame-retardant labels for electronics and cabling — Plates, warnings and cable identification in electrical cabinets, battery packs and equipment housings, with a flame-retardant face (PET, PI or flame-retardant polyethylene). Frequently asked questions
Which label withstands high temperatures in a foundry?
It depends on the temperature, the time and the process. In steelworks, foundries and heat treatment, adhesive high-temperature film labels, ceramic-coated metal tags or alumina bodies are considered; they are offered on request only and confirmed against the material datasheet. Tell us the peak temperature, dwell time and cycles.
Are there labels that resist 500 °C?
We do not publish a figure: the temperature a label withstands depends on the material, the adhesive and the process. As a general reference, the EUIPO guide states that special plastics such as vinyl, nylon, polyester and polyethylene resist extreme temperatures (for example, from −40 °C to +250 °C). This is general information, not a specification of our products; for steelworks or foundries, ceramic or metal solutions are considered case by case.
Can DataMatrix codes be printed on polyimide?
Yes. Polyimide accepts thermal-transfer printing with resin ribbons of barcodes, QR and DataMatrix, and can be supplied with pre-printed numbering.
Are there flame-retardant labels?
Yes: for electronics and cabling, flame-retardant faces (PET, PI or flame-retardant polyethylene) are used. The material property is described; we do not claim that any model holds certifications.
Need high-temperature labels?
Tell us the process, peak temperature and exposure time. Business orders only (B2B). Lead time and price are confirmed in the offer.
