How we work: from enquiry to direct shipment
The process is the same for every category: you tell us what you need, we confirm it technically with the production partner, you approve the proof or the sample and, once you accept the offer, the order is produced and shipped directly to your destination.
We do not state lead times or prices on this page: they are confirmed in the offer, based on the specification, the quantity and the destination.
The six steps, from enquiry to shipment
Enquiry
Fill in the technical form with the type of label, the use and the quantity. If you do not yet know the material or the size, tell us the use and the environment and we will guide you.
- Type of label and use.
- Environment: indoor or outdoor, temperature, oils or cleaning agents.
- Approximate dimensions and quantity.
- Whether it carries numbering, QR codes or other variable data.
Technical confirmation
We review the enquiry and pass the specification to the production partner to confirm the material, adhesive, format, finish and variable data. If something is not viable, we tell you and suggest alternatives.
- Answers to the technical questions we raise.
- Design files or data samples, if you have them.
Proof and sample
Before production a proof is prepared for your approval and, when the project requires it, a sample or pre-production trial. Availability and conditions for samples are confirmed in the offer.
- Approval and signature of the proof.
- The legal content of the label, which the customer defines.
Offer and payment
The offer sets out the specification, quantity, price, lead time, payment terms, Incoterm and transport. Lead time and price are confirmed in the offer; the order goes into production once the offer is accepted and the agreed payment terms are met.
- Acceptance of the offer.
- Payment under the agreed terms.
Production to order
The production partner produces the order from the approved proof, sample and data. Depending on the reference and destination, the order may ship from Spain or directly from the production partner; this is confirmed in the offer.
- Final, approved data file, if the order carries variable data.
Direct shipment
The order is shipped directly to the destination you indicate. The mode of transport, the Incoterm and the handling of customs formalities and VAT are set out in the offer.
- Address and contact details of the consignee.
- Import details, if applicable.
Documentation and samples
- The production partner provides datasheets and test reports on request, where they exist for the specific reference.
- If you need certificates, tell us the reference: we will ask the production partner which documents exist and let you know.
- Samples or pre-production trials: availability and conditions are confirmed in the offer.
