Custom ultra-destructible (eggshell) labels

Ultra-destructible labels are made of eggshell paper or ultra-fragile vinyl and break into small pieces when someone tries to peel them, which makes it difficult to remove them whole or re-apply them. They are customized with logo, serial number and QR code, and die-cut to the customer's design.

In short

What it is: Labels that break when peeled, with logo, serial number and QR code.

What we need to quote: Surface it will be applied to; Size and shape; Quantity per order.

When to choose this type

Choose it when the label must break on peeling: sealing boxes, equipment, components and products where a reusable label is not acceptable.

Do not choose it if the label must be removed and re-applied, or if the surface is too irregular for the paper to sit down; use another structure in those cases.

What can go wrong: fragile paper can also break during application with too much pressure or on dusty surfaces; set the application and test a sample.
