Shipping and customs: from Spain or directly from the production partner
Depending on the reference and destination, an order may ship from Spain or directly from the production partner. The route, customs formalities and import taxes are confirmed in the offer.
This page explains what we need to quote shipping and what we do not promise. We do not publish fixed lead times or customs terms without confirming them in writing.
How the order is shipped
We confirm the reference, destination and applicable Incoterm before finalising the offer. The route may be from Spain or direct from the production partner; it is not chosen by default.
If you already work with a freight forwarder or customs broker, tell us. We review whether it is compatible with the proposed route.
Customs and import taxes
For deliveries outside Spain, import VAT, duties and clearance depend on the destination country, the Incoterm and who acts as importer of record. They are stated in the offer; we do not assume them unless expressly agreed.
We do not provide tax or customs advice. Tariff classification and VAT treatment are confirmed with the freight forwarder or customs broker. The offer names the importer and the Incoterm agreed for that shipment.
What we need to quote shipping
- Delivery country and city, and whether it is a business or private address.
- Company VAT or tax ID, where applicable.
- Preferred Incoterm, if any, and who acts as importer.
- Whether you already have a freight forwarder or customs broker.
- Delivery constraints: opening hours, access, unloading or packaging.
What this page does not promise
We do not publish a fixed delivery time: it depends on the reference, route and customs.
We do not promise customs clearance or assume duties or VAT unless stated in the offer.
We do not apply DDP or tax-inclusive delivery unless expressly agreed.
