Textile and brand labels

Brand labels and trims for clothing, footwear and accessories: woven labels, printed care and composition labels, hang tags, embroidered and woven patches and heat-transfer logos. Depending on the type, they are sewn on, hung from the garment or heat-transferred to it. They serve to identify the brand on the garment, give composition and care information and present the product at the point of sale.

The content of the labels, such as fibre composition or care symbols, is defined by the customer; we reproduce the artwork the customer has approved and signed. Made or sourced to your specification and shipped directly to the destination you indicate.

Types and materials

Woven brand labels (damask and satin)

Woven label in polyester damask, satin or high-density weave, sewn into the neck or side seam of the garment. It accepts folded edges, flat or ultrasonic cutting and colour matching to Pantone references.

Premium brand hang tags

Hang tag in special cardstock — linen, rough or soft-touch — with gold or silver hot-foil stamping, embossing, punched holes and cord. It can carry a QR code or NFC and be offered as a set with the woven label.

What is the difference between woven and printed clothing labels?

The woven brand label forms its design with the yarn itself — damask, satin or high-density weave — and is sewn into the neck or side seam as the garment's brand mark. The printed care and composition label is printed on satin or nylon ribbon and carries the fibre composition and care symbols. The two can be ordered and quoted together as a set.

What information must a care and composition label carry?

Fibre composition is mandatory for textile products (Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011, Articles 14 to 16), and the obligation falls on the brand, the production partner or the importer. Care symbols (ISO 3758) are usual in the market, but European rules do not require them. The label content is defined and signed off by the customer; we do not draft it.

What finishes can a brand hang tag have?

Special cardstocks — linen, rough or soft-touch — gold or silver hot-foil stamping, embossing, punched holes and cord. The size and die, hole positions, cord type and foil area are settled with the customer.

Are there textile labels with QR or NFC for the digital product passport?

Yes, on request: care or woven labels with a printed serialized QR code, or with woven NFC, as a data carrier. The data are supplied by the customer and the rules of the digital product passport for textiles are still being developed. NFC is an electronic product with its own regulatory notices.

What data do I need to send to request a quote?
