What we need to quote
The central element is the SSCC, the serial code of the logistics unit encoded in GS1-128, which includes the GS1 company prefix of whoever issues it and a check digit. The other fields and the format (A5 or A6) depend on the GS1 specification, VDA or the receiver. The data are generated by, and are the responsibility of, the shipper; on pre-printed labels we verify the check digit. It is a self-adhesive direct-thermal label on a roll with no release liner. A dedicated printer prints and cuts it, and the silicone-coated back stops one layer sticking to the next. It is applied and used with no liner waste. It is offered on request. The removable label has an adhesive that peels off without leaving residue. The repositionable label can be lifted and re-applied several times. Tell us the surface and the use and we will propose the adhesive. With C-shaped magnetic holders or magnetic strips with replaceable cards, reusable when locations change, or with magnetic sheets printed with the location, colour and barcode or QR. Tell us the location data and the size. We cannot ensure it: the receiving requirements are set by each receiver and the data are the responsibility of whoever generates them.
