Read moreHere we answer the general questions: how to order, what documentation exists and what data we need. The technical questions about each type of label are on the page of its category.
Each question has its own link within this page, so you can share it.
No. We only serve orders from businesses and professionals (B2B).
Price and lead time are confirmed in the offer, based on the specification and quantity.
The minimum quantity depends on the type of label and on the production partner. It is stated in the offer, together with the price and the lead time.
Depending on the reference and destination, the order may ship from Spain or directly from the production partner. Availability, route, lead time and price are confirmed in the offer.
The mode of transport, the Incoterm and who handles import formalities and VAT are set out in the offer, before you accept it.
The production partner provides datasheets and test reports on request, where they exist for the specific reference.
If you need certificates, tell us the reference: we will ask the production partner which documents exist and let you know. Certificates, where they exist, belong to the production partner or to the specific reference, not to TCS NEXUS S.L..
Samples or pre-production trials: availability and conditions are confirmed in the offer.
The legal content of the label is defined by the customer; we reproduce the artwork the customer has approved and signed.
Unless expressly stated in the offer, they are not intended for medical applications, personal protective equipment, contact with drinking water or safety-critical functions.
Indicative information. Final data are given in the production partner’s datasheet and in the offer.
The type of label and its use, the environment (indoor or outdoor, temperature, oils or cleaning agents), the dimensions, the material if you know it, the quantity and, if it carries numbering or QR codes, a sample file with the data.
It is usually a CSV file with one row per label. The exact format is agreed during the enquiry and the file is reviewed before production.
They are the two most widely used two-dimensional codes, according to the EUIPO. The choice depends on the customer’s reading system and on what the code must contain, for example a URL or a GS1 identifier.
It is an option defined per project; see the page on serialization, QR and variable data. The scope is confirmed in the offer.
We use them to handle your enquiry and, only if you expressly tick the box, to send you commercial communications. The controller is TCS NEXUS S.L.; the full information is in the Privacy policy.
